HONORARY SERVICE

A note worthy feature is all the office bearers are performing their duties on honorary basis without any remuneration, without even claiming any conveyance allowance.

Since its inception The Mysore Bank Employees Education Society is being ably run in a democratic way by the Retired Officers of the State Bank of Mysore (now State Bank of India) many of whom had held top / executive posts.

As per co-operative Societies’ Act, every year the Annual General Body Meeting is conducted. At the triennial meetings, eleven Governing Council (G.C.) members are elected by ballot. From out of the Governing Council members the office bearers like President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Asst. Secretary, Internal Auditor are elected by unanimous choice.

The term of the Governing Council members & the office bearers are three (3) years. Annually all our accounts are audited by a qualified Chartered Accountant and are promptly submitted to statutory authorities.

A fully computerized back office under an administrator is looking after day to day work.

Day to day functioning of Institute is looked after by an Administrative Officer. The President & Secretary will also be at the office 3 or 5 days in a week to oversee the work. A qualified full time Administrative Officer has been appointed to ensure over all administration of all the four institutions, i.e., Primary, High School , P.U. & Degree Colleges.

Presently, Sri K.S. Ramesh is our Administrative Officer since July 2016. He is a retired Principal of Govt.P.U. College & was also a Dy.Director of P.U. Board.
